OMGosh! I've got goosebumps! I saw this same quote several days ago and I can't stop thinking about it, and even used it in conversation yesterday. It's so true and really sticking with me. I can imagine what beautiful embrodiery will do to make it even more special:)

I agree with this quote. As a manager I have always looked to the better behavior rather than the person under it all who has so many flaws, fears and frumps, just like I do.
